Yes, we offer 10-minute free consultations to see if we would be a good fit for your needs.

Some insurance companies will reimburse you for mental health services; please check with them directly by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have out of network benefits?
  • If I have OON (out of network) benefits, what is my deductible?
  • Once I hit my deductible, what is my reimbursement rate?

We accept credit card payment only.

Yes, we can provide a “super bill” that you can submit to your PPO health insurance provider. Therapy is often an accepted expense for HSAa and FSAs, but we always recommend confirming that with your provider before booking an appointment.

We require notifying your therapist two business days before your scheduled appointment, or you will incur the full payment for the session.

Yes, we offer a reduced cost for those who need reduced fees with all our therapists except for Jill. Please speak to your therapist at the consultation or during the initial session. We do this on a limited basis and for a short period of time before re-evaluating it together.

All individual sessions are 45 minutes and couple and family sessions are one hour.

Our clinicians’ fees are determined by their experience and education level. Fees are subject to change and need to be finalized with your therapist.
